Your dwelling place

Psalm 83

  • Refrain:
How lovely is your dwelling place, O God,
How lovely is your dwelling place, O God.
  1. My soul is longing and yearning,
yearning for the courts of the Lord.
My heart and soul sing out their joy
    to God, the living God.
  2. The swallow find herself a home,
    a home for her family.
She lays her young by your altar,
O Lord, my God and my King.
  3. O they are happy who dwelling in your house,
    for ever singing praise.
O they are happy 'cause the strength is in you,
they walk with ever growing strength.
