Sing a new song to the Lord

Psalm 97

  • Refrain:
    Sing a new song to the Lord,
    sing a new song to the Lord!
    Cry out with joy!
    Shout out your praise!
    Sing a new song to the Lord!
  1. Sing a new song to the Lord
    for God has worked wonders.
    God's right hand and his holy arm
    have brought salvation.
  2. God has made known salvation,
    has shown us justice;
    remembered truth and love
    for ev'ry nation.
  3. All the ends of the earth
    have seen God's salvation.
    Shout out all of Creation,
    sing of God's glory!
  4. Play to the Lord on the harp,
    acclaim God with trumpets;
    sing loud, sing God's praises,
    cry out your joy!
