    for giving us this day
    life for living,
    trust for giving,
    and hope each time we pray.

    As we share this meal together
    we remember you,
    and the life you gave
    to make us new.
  2. Here we listen to the stories
    that bring us close to you,
    so we learn to live together
    with faith and trust in you.
  3. As we gather in your presence,
    your gift to us you bring.
