The angels sang to shepherds

  1. The angels, the angels sang to shepherds,
the angels, the angels sang to shepherds.
The angels sang good news to them,
the King was born in Bethlehem:
the angels, the angels sang to shepherds.
  2. The shepherds, the shepherds came to see him,
the shepherds, the shepherds came to see him.
The shepherds came to see the King,
their simple gift of love they bring:
the shepherds, the shepherds came to see him.
  3. The baby is lying in the manger,
the baby is lying in the manger.
The little baby born this day
will show us how to love and pray:
the baby is lying in the manger.
